Bubble Fountain greets the onset of summer by engaging the passerby in a universal playground for the senses. Melissa McGurgan and Marco Rosichelli recognize the appeal and fascination of water in the desert. Water cools, cleanses and entertains. This fountain of scented bubbles engages the spirit of play through sight, touch and smell, making the Bell Tower a destination for amusement and stimulation for Scottsdale residents and visitors of all ages.
